Mapwing will allow you to to build, share, and explore virtual
tours. Great when you want to explain what were the areas you have visited and/or when people have difficulty understanding and imagining where you are travelling.
You can use Mapwing to turn the digital photos from your latest vacations into virtual tours that include interactive maps, images, and comments. Then, as any Web 2.0 sute you can share your virtual tours with friends, family, and the entire world.
I will add my trip to Thailand photos onto this new application and try it out this week end. Try it out.

Seattle startup Farecast has taken their airfare prediction technology nation wide on Monday July 21st. Flights departing from 55 US cities are now available for price history, predictions and buy/wait recommendations. The site also offers RSS feeds for automatically tracking fares and predictions over time.
I’ve written about Farecast when the beta site first opened.
I am looking forwad to an engine like this to work in Europe…

Farecast predict where fares are going and show where they’ve been. Here’s how it works:
Fare Prediction
Each prediction is unique for your specific dates and cities and includes the following elements:
1. Arrow – indicates whether the lowest fare is rising, dropping, or staying the same.
2. Dollar amount – expected price movement (when possible).
3. Confidence level – our measure of certainty.
4. Buying Tip – recommendation based on the data.
Fare History
The patent pending Fare History shows what the lowest fare was for your trip each day, up to 90 days ago. We monitor price changes multiple times a day and store more than 50 billion observations (and counting). There is a significant investment in data, hardware, and storage costs to provide users with real prices based on availability.

Thumbstacks.com is a new site for making and sharing presentations on the web.
I tried it and there is a great potential for it. You can add you own images to the slide master and the best is that you can share via a browser your presentation. You can also collaborate on a specific presentation with external users by inviting them.
Great potential
